3. The Estimate Reports give you the following option depending on the report

          A. Show Labor Diff (Difficulty) on Report -  Choosing this will show a small 'c', '1', '2', or '3'
               (c = competitive, 1 = level 1, 2 = level 2, 3 = level 3) before the material description on the estimate
print-out. This indicates if the estimator has changed the labor difficulty or price on a particular piece of
                material.

associated with it. Make sure that all items on this list are items you are receiving quotes for. If you find an
item on the list that you are not receiving a quote for simple go into the estimate and give it a price.
When the print-out is displayed on your screen you may do one of the following:

          A. Export - the first icon on the upper left of the report. You may export the report in PDF, Excel, or many other
formats. Just follow the on screen prompts.
          B. Print the Report - the second icon on the upper left of the report.
          C. Toggle Tree - the third icon on the upper left of the report. Use this to quickly get to areas of the print-out

          HINTS:
          A. Many reports are available through the Reports menu.  Some of the reports are Section sensitive... i.e.
The data pull for the report could depend on the System, Area and/or Breakout  selected. The estimate
reports will always give you the choice of the entire bid or selecting a system. Just simply highlight the
way you require the printout. Thus, selecting a Demolition system and then executing a report would yield
a report with all the data pertaining to any items/assemblies within the demolition system regardless of
the area or breakout.  If the Demolition system and the First Floor area were selected then the data would
pertain to any items/assemblies within the demolition system and the first floor area regardless of the
              breakout.

          B. Note: To clear a system, area or breakout selection simply highlight the appropriate item and press the
backspace or delete key.  This will not delete the system, area or breakout. It will only empty the contents
              of the respective field.

          C. If you want to just see a system by itself, set the system, area and breakout fields as you inputted the
estimate and select by 'Selection' when you pick your report.
5. Open Recaps - Here you select between either a easy or complex recap for a competitive bid or if you
are pricing a 'change order' you select change order and then an easy or complex recap.

6. Preserve - This is used to preserve the current material pricing and labor as currently in your master database for
    future printouts and estimate reviews.
